1. About Us
Crowned in Faith Digital is a South African online retailer operating as a sole proprietorship, with order dispatch from Centurion, Gauteng.
Trading name: Crowned in Faith Digital. Legal name of proprietor: Ferdi Swanepoel. Business/service address: Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. Contact: crownedinfaithdigital@gmail.com. Website: crowned-in-faith-digital.shopstar.co.za. Other legally required business details should be completed before launch.
2. Products and Availability
We offer curated collections of standard Christian gifts, Bibles and faith-inspired products. Some collections allow customers to choose a Medium or Large Bible Bag; these are standard product variations, not individually personalised goods.
Our suppliers offer an extensive range, so we do not hold physical stock of every item displayed. We primarily source products after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. All items are subject to supplier availability.
If an item cannot be sourced, we will contact you promptly to discuss an alternative or an appropriate refund. We will not substitute items without your approval.
3. Prices, Payment and Orders
Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). Delivery fees are charged separately and displayed before payment is completed. Any applicable taxes and other mandatory charges will be disclosed at checkout.
Full payment of the order total, including the accepted delivery fee, is required before we begin sourcing products. Payments are facilitated through Shopstar Pay. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; fulfilment remains subject to availability and applicable consumer rights.
If a price or product listing contains a material error, we will contact you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law rather than impose an unapproved additional charge.
4. Preparation and Delivery
Please allow an estimated 10–14 working days for sourcing and order preparation before dispatch, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Courier transit time is additional.
We dispatch from Centurion, Gauteng, and offer delivery throughout South Africa where courier service is available. Shipping is arranged using Bob Go and its available courier partners. Delivery options and charges depend on destination, parcel dimensions, weight and service availability.
We will provide dispatch or tracking information when available. We will communicate material delays and honour any statutory rights relating to non-delivery, delayed fulfilment and cancellation. The estimated preparation period does not override any applicable statutory delivery deadline or remedy.
5. Changes and Cancellation Before Delivery
Contact us promptly at crownedinfaithdigital@gmail.com if you need to change or cancel an order. We will explain the status of sourcing and any applicable rights or lawful charges.
Customers retain all cancellation rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, Consumer Protection Act and other applicable law. We will not automatically refuse cancellation merely because an item has been ordered from a supplier.
6. Change-of-Mind Returns After Receipt
Where the seven-day cooling-off right under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel without reason or penalty within seven days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. The direct cost of returning the goods may be for your account as permitted by law.
Please email crownedinfaithdigital@gmail.com to request return instructions and help us identify your order. This request for contact does not remove or shorten any statutory right.
We ask that goods be returned unused where reasonably possible, with all components, and in their original packaging where available. Missing or opened packaging alone does not automatically extinguish statutory rights. Any refund, permitted deduction, collection or return arrangements will follow applicable law.
Outside applicable statutory rights, we do not currently offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind return period.
7. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Goods
If goods arrive damaged, are incorrect or appear defective, please email crownedinfaithdigital@gmail.com with your order number, a description and photographs if available. Photographs help us assist but are not an absolute condition of statutory rights.
We will assess and provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act. Where the law requires the supplier to bear reasonable return costs, these will not be charged to the customer.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements and time limits. The timing and treatment of original delivery charges depend on the legal basis for cancellation or return. We will not apply a blanket non-refundable shipping rule where the law requires otherwise.
Refunds will normally be made through an appropriate payment method, subject to payment-provider processes and applicable law.
9. Customer Information and Privacy
For more information about how we handle personal information, including our use of Shopstar, Shopstar Pay, Bob Go, courier partners and Gmail, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Website Information and Intellectual Property
We aim to display accurate product descriptions and images. Colours and appearance may vary slightly across screens, but material differences and statutory rights remain subject to applicable law.
Unless otherwise indicated, our original website text, brand identity and imagery are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product brands and imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Complaints and Contact
For order questions, cancellations, returns, complaints or delivery enquiries, contact crownedinfaithdigital@gmail.com. Please include your order number where available.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from approaching an appropriate consumer-protection body, regulator, ombud or court where permitted by law.
12. Applicable Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by applicable South African law, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections. We may update them from time to time; the terms applicable to an order and any statutory rights will be respected.
